1. General Policy

Abrar Academy offers digital educational services, including online courses, live classes, and digital learning materials.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final, except where stated otherwise.


2. Course Enrollment Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues from our side that prevent course access

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Course cancellation by Abrar Academy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The course has already been accessed or completed

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations

  • Delay or absence is caused by the student

  • Violation of academy rules or misuse of content


4. Live Classes & Subscriptions

  • Missed live classes are non-refundable

  • Recorded sessions may be provided where applicable

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts

  • Payment reference

  • Reason for refund
